摘　　要：目的探讨分层级管理对提高护士床边综合能力和护理质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月枣庄中心医院全院临床护士360名为研究对象,将2020年1—12月层级管理前的180名护士作为对照组,2021年1—12月管理后的180名护士作为观察组。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组采取护士分层级管理模式,比较两组护士干预后的床边综合能力、临床护理质量改善情况和患者满意度。结果实施分层级管理后观察组护士的床边综合能力5个维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的病区管理、护理技能操作、急救物品、危重患者护理、护理文书、消毒隔离评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理人员的技术水平、服务态度、健康宣教、就医体会、人文关怀5个方面总满意度为96.25%,高于对照组的86.25%%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.658,P<0.05)。结论分层级管理的实施可显著提高护士床边综合能力和护理质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management on improving bedside comprehensive ability and nursing quality of nurses.Methods A total of 360 clinical nurses in Zaozhuang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.180 nurses from January to December 2020 before hier-archical management were used as the control group,and 180 nurses from January to December 2021 after the man-agement were used as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the obser-vation group was given hierarchical management by nurses.After the intervention,the bedside comprehensive ability,improvement of clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups of nurses.Results After implementing hierarchical management,the scores of five dimensions of bedside comprehensive ability of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The scores of ward management,nursing skill operation,first-aid items,critical patient care,nurs-ing documents,and disinfection and isolation scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were 96.25%overall satisfied with the technical level,service attitude,health education,medical experience,and humanis-tic care of the nursing staff,which was higher than 86.25%%in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ^(2)=2.658,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management can significantly improve the bedside comprehensive ability and nursing quality of nurses,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing ser-vices.
