摘 要:中医儿科肾病专业作为河南中医药大学第一附属医院龙头专业,每年都会承担大量临床带教任务,结合分析中医儿科肾病专业的带教难点、轮转学生的学情分析,在以微信辅助教学的基础上,联合案例为基础的教学、问题为导向的教学、情景模拟教学、递进式情景教学,这4种方法因材施教,进而调动入科的实习生、规培生以及进修生学习的积极性、自主性,提高其中医临床诊疗和操作能力。As the leading specialty of The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine,the specialty of pediatric nephropathy of traditional Chinese Medicine undertakes a large number of clinical teaching students every year.Combined with the analysis of the teaching difficulties of the specialty and the analysis of the learning situation of rotating students,On the basis of We-Chat assisted teaching method,combined with case-based teaching,problem-oriented teaching,scenario simulation education and progressive education scenario education,we teach students according to their aptitude,so as to mobilize the learning enthusiasm and autonomy of interns,regular students and advanced students,and improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment and operation ability of Chinese medicine.
