摘  要:新医科发展对医学教育提出了培养卓越医生的具体要求,指明了培养卓越医生的目标,同时也为医学教育改革指明了方向。文章运用参与式教学设计理论,把实现“以学生为中心、以能力为导向”作为医学人文课程实践教学改革的目标,依托高年级学生团队,进行了医学人文课程领域实践教学改革尝试,形成了以学生团队为主体、以高校人文资源为媒介、以大学生素质教育平台为依托的医学人文课程实践教学改革模式,最终实现医学生医德素质教育的全程化、高校人文资源的整合化和医学人文课程的实践化。The development of new medical science puts forward the specific requirements for medical education to cultivate excellent doctors,and identify the goal of developing excellent physicians,and also pointed out the direction for the reform of medical education.The paper uses the participatory instructional design theory,to implement the“student-centered”,the“ability-oriented”as the goal of practice-oriented teaching reform of medical humanities curriculum,relying on a senior student team,trying to reform the practice-oriented teaching in the field of medical humanities curriculum,formed with a student team as the main body,with the university humanistic resources as the medium,the teaching reform mode of medical humanities curriculum practice based on the quality education platform for college students.Finally,the whole process of medical ethics quality education,the integration of university humanistic resources and the practice of medical humanistic courses can be realized.
