摘 要:目的探讨改良闭环案例式立体教学法在医学本科生临床实践课程中的应用价值。方法同济大学附属东方医院在案例式立体教学法(Case Three-Dimensional Teaching method,CTTM)的基础上,将翻转课堂理念、模拟教学、SBL(SimulationBased Learning,SBL)教学与案例式教学结合,实现课程从自我学习到理论教学再到模拟情景教学的结合,同时课程采用全套自编自习视频及案例教学手册、实践手册,将知识体系闭环式呈现。将该教学法应用于医学本科生四年级临床实践课程教学中,教学效果通过定量的课前、课后测评评价。结果该教学法更好地调动了学生自我学习的积极性,提高了小组合作能力及医患沟通能力,实现了以学生为中心的教学。结论改良闭环CTTM可行性强,授课效果突出,能成为临床实践教学有力的辅助教学手段。Objective To explore the application value of the improved closed-loop case three-dimensional teaching method in the clinical practice course of medical undergraduates.Methods On the basis of case three-dimensional teaching method(CTTM),Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University combines flipped classroom concept,simulation teaching,SBL(simulation based learning)teaching and case-based teaching to realize the combination of self-learning,theory and simulated situational teaching.At the same time,the course adopts a full set of self-made self-study videos,case teaching manuals and practice manuals,so the knowledge system is presented in a closed-loop.This teaching method is used in the teaching of clinical practice course for medical undergraduates in the fourth grade,and the teaching effect is evaluated by quantitative evaluation before and after class.Results This teaching method can better mobilize the enthusiasm of students’self-learning,improve the ability of group cooperation and doctor-patient communication,and realize the student-centered teaching.Conclusion The practice shows that the improved closedloop CTTM course is feasible and has outstanding teaching effect.It can become a powerful auxiliary teaching mode in clinical practice teaching.and the teaching effect is evaluated by quantitative evaluation before and after class.Results This teaching method can better mobilize the enthusiasm of students’self-learning,improve the ability of group cooperation and doctor-patient communication,and realize the student-centered teaching.Conclusion The practice shows that the improved closedloop CTTM course is feasible and has outstanding teaching effect.It can become a powerful auxiliary teaching mode in clinical practice teaching.
