摘  要:针对山区山地轨道交通爬坡坡度大、地段展线设计施工困难等特点,本文研究设计了一种安全性好、易于施工调整且具有较大纵向阻力的齿轨扣件系统。该扣件通过摩擦力提供齿轨纵向阻力,无须在齿轨轨腰处打孔,便于齿轨的安装调整。该扣件可使齿轨左右位置调整量达到±10 mm的连续无极调整;同时齿轨高低位置调整量为-7~+15 mm,填补了无孔式齿轨扣件的技术空白。对山地轨道交通齿轨扣件进行了试制及组装性能试验。结果表明:单组齿轨扣件最大可实现29.6 kN的纵向阻力,满足山地轨道交通运行的要求。In response to the characteristics of mountainous rail transit such as large climbing slopes and difficulties in line design and construction,this paper studied and designed a rack rail fastener system with good safety,easy construction adjustment,and significant longitudinal resistance.This fastener provided longitudinal resistance of the rack rail through friction,without the need to drill holes at the waist of the rack rail,facilitating the installation and adjustment of the rack rail.This fastener can achieve continuous and stepless adjustment of the left and right positions of the rack rail by±10 mm.At the same time,the adjustment amount of the high and low positions of the rack rail is-7~+15 mm,filling the technical gap of the holeless rack rail fastener.Trial production and assembly performance tests were conducted on the rack rail fasteners of mountain rail transit.The results show that a single set of rack rail fasteners can achieve a maximum longitudinal resistance of 29.6 kN,meeting the requirements of mountain rail transit operation.
