摘 要:采用考虑卸载模量的硬化土小应变模型,模拟分析了不同埋深盾构隧道施工时地表竖向位移随管片壁后注浆压力的变化规律,并从盾构施工微扰动控制角度探讨了壁后注浆压力的确定方法。结果表明:随壁后注浆压力增大,不同埋深下地表竖向位移均可分为沉降敏感阶段、稳定阶段和隆起敏感阶段;壁后注浆压力应在隧道顶部上覆土自重应力的基础上进一步增大,以顶起上覆土,弥补超挖引起的地表沉降;当地层损失补偿率与地层损失率接近时,可达到盾构施工微扰动控制要求,据此提出一种综合考虑地表竖向位移、地层损失率、地层损失补偿率的壁后注浆压力范围确定方法。A small strain model of hardened soil considering unloading modulus was used to simulate and analyze the variation of surface vertical displacement with grouting pressure behind the wall during shield tunnel construction with different burial depths.The determination method of grouting pressure behind the wall was explored from the perspective of micro disturbance control during shield tunnel construction.The results show that,the surface vertical displacement can be divided into settlement sensitive stage,stable stage,and uplift sensitive stage as the grouting pressure behind the wall increases under different burial depths.The grouting pressure behind the wall should be further increased on the basis of the self-weight stress of the overlying soil on the top of the tunnel,in order to lift the overlying soil and compensate for surface settlement caused by overbreak.When the compensation rate for formation loss is close to the rate for formation loss,the micro disturbance control requirements for shield tunneling costruction can be met.Based on this,a method for determining the range of grouting pressure behind the wall that comprehensively considers the surface vertical displacement,formation loss rate,and formation loss compensation rate is proposed.
