摘 要:新时代职业教育课堂教学改革迎来新的发展,需要构建新时代职业教育课堂教学改革新型的教学场域、教学环境、师生关系、教学范式和学习范式目标。新时代职业教育课堂教学存在教师与学生双主体成就感缺失、教师角色期待与学生学习表现错位、主体间地位失衡导致课堂教学生命力缺失等现实问题。新时代深化课堂教学改革,需要以和谐共融的课堂教学理念,彰显课堂教学生命力;以动态生成的课堂教学秩序,展现课堂教学的高效性;以开放共生的课堂教学空间,投射课堂教学的生态化。为此,以和谐共融的教学理念为指引,构建师生平等互助的学习共同体;发挥学生主体性作用,构建“以学生为中心”的课堂教学秩序;创设灵活多变的教学空间,满足学生个性化学习需求。The classroom teaching reform of vocational education in the new era ushers in new development,which requires the construction of a new teaching field,teaching environment,teacher-student relationship,teaching paradigm and learning paradigm for the classroom teaching reform of vocational education in the new era goals.In the new era of vocational education classroom teaching,there are some practical problems,such as the lack of dual subjective sense of achievement between teachers and students,the dislocation of teachers' role expectation and students' learning performance,and the lack of vitality of classroom teaching caused by the imbalance of the status between subjects.This paper points out to deepen classroom teaching reform in the new era requires a harmonious and integrated classroom teaching concept to demonstrate the vitality of classroom teaching;To demonstrate the efficiency of classroom teaching through dynamically generated classroom teaching order;Use an open and symbiotic classroom teaching space to project the ecological nature of classroom teaching.Therefore,this paper also proposes to build a learning community of equal and mutual assistance between teachers and students guided by the teaching concept of harmonious integration;give full play to the subjectivity of students and construct a "student-centered" classroom teaching order;and create flexible and diverse teaching spaces to meet students' personalized learning needs.
