摘  要:针对垂直轴卸荷气缸实际卸荷工作中出现的压力调节滞后性及稳定性问题,提出基于T-S模糊模型的预测控制方法。通过参数辨识建立垂直轴卸荷系统的T-S模糊模型,并在建立的T-S模糊模型基础上采用了DMC预测控制,同时通过AMESim建立气动系统模型并与Simulink进行联合仿真。仿真结果验证了所设计控制器的可行性,有效降低了卸荷气缸控制系统的时滞性,提高压力的稳定性。Aiming at the problems of pressure regulation hysteresis and stability in the actual unloading work of vertical axis unloading cylinder,a predictive control method based on T-S fuzzy model was proposed.The T-S fuzzy model of the vertical axis unloading system was established through parameter identification,and DMC predictive control was adopted on the basis of the established T-S fuzzy model.At the same time,the pneumatic system model was established by AMESim and co-simulated with Simulink.The simulation results verify the feasibility of the designed controller,which effectively reduces the time lag of the unloading cylinder control system and improves the pressure stability.
