摘　　要：高素质的教师队伍是职业教育高质量发展的重要保证,计算机教师精英团队建设是提高计算机教师队伍专业化水平、综合素养的重要途径,也是优化计算机专业教学资源、提升人才培养质量与创新能力的主要途径。高职院校应通过完善教师精英团队制度,加强信息化服务平台建设,提升计算机精英团队质量,创新人才培养模式,建设一支高素质、专业化、创新型的教师队伍,从而提高计算机人才培养质量。A high-quality teaching team is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of vocational education.The construction of an elite team of computer teachers is an important way to improve the professional level and comprehensive literacy of the computer teacher team,as well as the main way to optimize computer professional teaching resources,enhance the quality and innovation ability of talent cultivation.Higher vocational colleges should improve the system of teacher elite teams,strengthen the construction of information service platforms,improve the quality of computer elite teams,innovate talent cultivation models,and build a high-quality,professional,and innovative teacher team,thereby improving the quality of computer talent cultivation.
