摘  要:体育运动不仅能助力学生身体素质提高,还能在无形中锻炼学生的意志品质,提升学生的心理素质及团队协作能力,促进学生全面健康发展。新课改背景下,中学体育课程多样化教学越来越受到重视,其不但可以保证学生身心健康发展,还可以促进学生综合素质和能力提高。文章分析中学体育课程多样化教学实施面临的困难,明确中学体育课程教学开展多样化教学的必要性和意义,提出中学体育课程多样化教学的实施路径,以期促进中学体育课程多样化教学的开展。Sports can not only help improve students'physical fitness,but also invisibly exercise their willpower,enhance their psychological quality and teamwork ability,and promote their comprehensive and healthy development.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the diversified teaching of middle school physical education courses is increasingly valued.It not only ensures the physical and mental health development of students,but also promotes the improvement of their comprehensive quality and abilities.The article analyzes the difficulties faced by the implementation of diversified teaching in middle school physical education courses,clarifies the necessity and significance of carrying out diversified teaching in middle school physical education courses,and proposes the implementation path of diversified teaching in middle school physical education courses,in order to promote the development of diversified teaching in middle school physical education courses.
