摘 要:在长期的师范教育工作实践中,刘佛年先生逐步探索出“知识·能力·创造”型的教师培养目标:知识素养包括广博的文化知识和扎实的专业知识,能力素养包括育智、育德和育美能力等,创造素养包括创造性教学能力和教育研究能力等。刘佛年认为,为了实现这种培养目标,需要根据国家发展的需要和社会发展的需求等全方位推进师范教育改革,从通识教育课程、学科基础课程、教育专业课程和实践课程四个方面完善培养方案的课程结构,从提升学科的整体实力以及师资队伍的整体水平等方面为师范生的培养提供良好的条件。刘佛年提出的加强通识教育、培养师范生的信息化教学能力、培养师范生的创造性教学能力等思想,对当前师范教育改革具有重要的启示意义。Liu Fonian,in his long-term educational practices in the cultivation of teachers'education,had gradually constructed the target model of"knowledge,ability and creation"for cultivating teachers.Knowledge literacy includes broad cultural knowledge and solid professional knowledge,ability literacy includes the ability to cultivate wisdom,virtue and aesthetics,and creativity literacy includes creative teaching ability and educational research ability.According to Liu Fonian,in order to realize this target,it is necessary to promote the reform of teachers'education in an all-round way according to the needs of national development and social development,so as to improve the curriculum structure of the cultivation program in four aspects,namely,the general education course,the basic course of the subject,the professional course of the education specialty,and the practice course,and to provide the good conditions for students of teachers'education in terms of upgrading the strength of the discipline as a whole,as well as the overall level of the teachers'team,and so on.He proposed to strengthen the general education,cultivate students'information-based teaching ability and creative teaching ability,which still has great practical significance to the current normal education.
