“全能教育”办学模式的理念建构与实践

摘　　要：“全能教育”顺应党和国家“健康第一”的教育要求,结合小学生身心发展的特点和规律提出“体育、德育、美育、智育、创造教育、合作教育、心理教育、生活教育”八个方面全面发展的办学模式,概括提炼了“全能教育”的核心理念体系,并从培养目标、教育内容、实施途径、保障制度、激励措施等五个方面构建了“全能教育”“体、德、美、智、创、合、心、生”八育全面发展的教育内容和实施体系。“All-round education”follows the educational requirements of the CPC and the state of“health first”,and proposes the model of“physical education,moral education,aesthetic education,intellectual education,creative education,cooperative education,psychological education,and life education”,taking into account the characteristics and laws of elementary school students’physical and mental development.The core concept of“all-round education”is summarized and refined,and the five aspects of“all-round education”are constructed in terms of training objectives,education contents,implementation methods,guarantee system and incentives.
