大学生英语网课学习焦虑影响因素及应对策略研究

摘　　要：近年来,国内外教育研究者普遍关注线上教学。其中的学习者因素尤其是焦虑相关研究是教育心理学研究的主要议题,也受到了外语教学领域的关注。国内英语学习者在网课中的焦虑研究以量化研究为主,质的研究尚且不足。本研究通过深度访谈发现大学英语学习者线上英语课堂学习的焦虑情绪有所增加,其焦虑程度受到教师教学方式、学生动机态度和网络设备环境等影响,并提出教师应展开有针对性的策略缓解学生网课焦虑。In recent years,education researchers domestically and abroad generally pay attention to online teaching.Learner factors,especially researches on anxiety,is a major topic of educational psychology research,which has received attention from foreign language education.The research on anxiety of domestic English learn-ers in online courses is mainly quantitative,but the qualitative research is still insufficient.Through in-depth inter-views,this study finds that anxiety of college English learners in online English courses has increased,and the anxiety level is affected by teachers'teaching methods,students'motivation and attitude,and network equipment environment,etc.,and proposes that teachers should carry out targeted strategies to alleviate students'anxiety in onlinecourses.
