摘 要:加速构建职业院校产教融合“四链协同”育人体系有利于提升技能型人才培养质量,形塑职业教育现代化发展优势。职业院校产教融合“四链协同”育人体系存在产教融合体制机制断层现象显著、内部运行结构衔接关系弱化、育人资源分布离散等问题。立足于技能强国建设背景,从以“教学—实践”为衔接点、以“院校—企业”为连接线、以“校内—校外”为契合面三方面出发,构建了技能强国建设背景下职业院校产教融合“四链协同”育人体系。该体系的具体实施路径为:以政策补链统筹建立产教融合“四链协同”多元育人调控机制;以服务延链深入推进产教融合“四链协同”内部结构协调机制;以生态固链着力构建产教融合“四链协同”特色育人衔接机制。Accelerating the construction of the""four chain coordination"education system of vocational colleges'industry-education integration is conducive to improving the quality of skilled personnel training and shaping the advantages of modernization of vocational education.However,the"four chain coordination"education system of industry-education integration in vocational colleges has the problems of the obvious fault of the industry-education integration system mechanism,weakening of internal operation structure connection,and discrete distribution of education resources.In view of this,based on the background of building a strong skills country,from three aspects of"teaching practice"as the connecting point,"colleges and enterprises"as the connecting line,and"on campus-off campus"as the interface,the paper deeply analyzes the construction idea of the"four chain coordination"education system of vocational colleges'industry-education integration from point to the line.On this basis,the specific construction paths are proposed:to establish a diversified education regulation mechanism through policy complementary chain planning,to further promote the internal structure coordination mechanism through service extension,and to build a characteristic education linkage mechanism through the ecological fixed chain.
