摘 要:地方公费师范生教师职业认同整体水平较高,绝大部分愿意遵守协议去农村任教,但愿意在农村长期乃至终身从教的仅为37.5%。他们到农村任教主要出于协议压力,自身内部动力不足,履约期结束后离开乡村学校的可能性较大。为避免这一问题,应优化地方公费师范生的招生和考核机制,培养其教师职业认同和乡土情怀,改善入职后的工作生活条件,助力个人发展,提高其农村任教的内生动力。The local public-funded normal students have a higher level of teacher professional identity,and most of them are willing to abide by the agreements to teach in rural schools,but only 37.5%of them are willing to teach there for a long period of time or even life time.The main driving force for local public-funded normal students to teach in rural areas is the external pressure which is generated by the agreement,but the internal motivation is insufficient.There is a high probability that they will leave rural schools after the agreement period ends.To avoid this consequence,the departments concerned should optimize the mechanism of enrollment and assessment for local public-funded normal students,cultivate their teacher professional identity and homeland feelings,improve their working and living conditions after their employment,and promote their personal development to stimulate the internal power of these young men.
