摘  要:新时代,职业教育高质量发展有赖于职教师资队伍质量的进一步提升。职业技术师范院校是为国家培养职教师资优秀人才的摇篮。作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,职教思政课更是承担着培养高素质职教师资的重要使命。结合当前思政课实际效果与预期目标存在差距、职教思政特色不足、思政话语势微等现状,天津职业技术师范大学凝练形成“三讲三联动”思政课教学模式,以期为深化新时代职业技术师范院校思政课改革创新提供理论依据和实践参考。In the new era,the high-quality development of vocational education depends on the further improvement of the quality of vocational education teachers.Vocational and technical normal universities are the cradle of cultivating outstanding vocational teachers for the country.As the key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents,ideological and political course in vocational education undertakes the important mission of cultivating high-quality vocational education teachers.Considering the gap between the actual effect of ideological and political course and the expected goals,and the deficiency of ideological and political characteristics in vocational education,as well as the weak discourse power of ideology and politics,Tianjin University of Technology and Education has developed a teaching mode in ideological and political course,called"three lectures and three linkages",in order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for deepening the reform and innovation of ideological and political course in vocational and technical normal universities in the new era.
