摘　　要：立德树人是教育的根本任务,也是检验学校工作成效的根本标准。本文立足新时代高职院校思想政治工作实际,明确思想政治工作的重要使命;明晰“立什么德”“树什么人”的深刻内涵,为高职院校培育时代新人提供价值遵循;探究“如何树人”的工作机制,从领导体制、制度建设、队伍建设、文化氛围、评价体制五个维度,为提升高职院校思想政治工作实效提供实践参考,落实立德树人教育目标。Moral education and personal development constitute the fundamental task of education and are the primary standards for assessing the effectiveness of school work.This paper,grounded in the reality of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges in the new era,clarifies the essential mission of ideological and political work;elucidates the profound connotations of“what virtues to establish”and“what kind of people to cultivate”,providing value guidance for cultivating new individuals of the era in higher vocational colleges;and explores the working mechanisms of“how to cultivate individuals”.From five dimensions-leadership structure,institutional construction,team building,cultural atmosphere,and evaluation system-this paper offers a practical guide for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges,thus implementing the educational objectives of moral education and personal development.
