摘　　要：复合型高技能人才具备高尚的职业素养和精湛的技艺,在关键工作环节中发挥着重要的作用。该类人才有多种培养方式,校企协同培养是最关键的一种培养模式。针对职业院校五年一贯制教学模式和教学方法进行探索与研究,以职教名师工作室为平台,以数控技术专业为例,深入研究数控技术专业复合型高技能人才的培养模式。此研究成果对其他专业教学有一定的参考价值。The compound high skilled talents have noble professional quality and exquisite skills,and play an important role in the key work links.There are many training methods for this kind of talents,and the school enterprise collaborative training is the most critical one.Based on the exploration and research on the five-year consistent teaching mode and teaching methods in vocational colleges,this paper takes the famous vocational teacher studio as the platform and the numerical control technology major as an example to deeply study the training mode of compound high skilled talents in the numerical control technology major.This research result has certain reference value for the teaching of other majors.
