摘  要:以青稞β-葡聚糖(BG)灌胃小鼠,通过对小鼠进行缺氧和疲劳试验,研究BG的耐缺氧功效。结果表明:在缺氧试验中,BG低剂量组(0.6 g/kg)的缺氧存活时间和喘息时间均最长,分别为(21.97±4.34)min、(20.17±2.78)s,均与空白对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在疲劳试验中,空白缺氧对照组、BG组力竭距离分别为(129.54±54.532)、(257.43±132.17)m,均与空白常氧组存在极显著差异(P<0.01);BG组的肝组织MDA含量为(10.33±1.94)nmol/mg,与空白常氧对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05),与空白缺氧对照组存在极显著差异(P<0.01);BG组的SOD含量和GSH-PX含量分别为(224.95±33.12)U/mg、(184.45±28.52)U/g,与空白缺氧对照组均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。说明BG具有提高小鼠耐缺氧的较好功效。The mice were administered with highland barleyβ-glucan(BG),and the anti-hypoxia effect of BG was studied by hypoxia and fatigue tests on mice.The results showed that in the hypoxia test,the BG low-dose group(O.6 g/kg)had the longest hypoxia survival time and wheezing time,which were(21.97±4.34)min and(20.17±2.78)s,respectively,with significant differences compared to the blank control group(P<0.05).In the fatigue test,the exhaustion distances of the blank hypoxic control group and the BG group were(129.54±54.532)and(257.43±132.17)m,respectively,which were significantly different from the blank normoxia group(P<0.01).The MDA content in the liver tissue of BG group was(10.33±1.94)nmol/mg,which was significantly different from the blank normoxic control group(P<0.05),and extremely significant from the blank hypoxic control group(P<0.01).The SOD content and GSH-PX content in the BG group were(224.95±33.12)U/mg and(184.45±28.52)U/g,respectively,showing significant differences compared to the blank hypoxic control group(P<0.05).The results showed that BG had a good effect on improving hypoxia tolerance in mice.
