高职院校连锁经营管理专业工学结合人才培养存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：实施连锁经营管理专业工学结合人才培养是提高高等职业技术学院教学质量的有效措施,是连锁企业专业人才培养的必然要求,也是学生职业生涯规划的迫切要求。当前,“工学结合”在高等职业教育连锁经营管理专业的人才培养实践教学中,缺乏与企业相关的工作环境,实践教学条件不够完善;实习教师素质相对较弱;“工学结合”实践教学的课时安排太过松散;学生学习评估的方法较为单一的问题。高职院校连锁经营管理专业工学结合人才培养应改善实训教学条件,增加企业实际的工作环境;构建学校与企业之间的科学合作机制,实现专业人才的联合培养;构建以实训为主线的实践教学体系。The implementation of the work-study combination in talent training for chain operation management major is an effective measure to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges,an inevitable requirement for the training of chain enterprise professionals,and an urgent requirement for students’career planning.At present,there is a lack of practical teaching in the training of chain major in higher vocational education through the work-study combination.There is a lack of work environment related to enterprises,and the conditions for practical teaching are not perfect enough;the quality of internship teachers is relatively weak;the scheduling of practical teaching hours for the work-study combination too loose;the students’learning evaluation methods are relatively single.In the work-study combination in vocational chain management major we should improve practical teaching conditions and increase the actual working environment of enterprises,establish a scientific cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises to achieve joint training of professionals,and build a practical teaching system centered on practical training.
