摘　　要：“房地产经营与管理”课程一门涉及面较广、应用性较强的专业课。本文在分析目前教学中存在问题的基础上对其原因进行了深入剖析,并采用了“翻转课堂”的教学方式,对教学内容设计、平时成绩评定、课后考核方式等方面提出教学改革方案,通过改善学生的学习状态、提升教学质量、提高学习效果,为学生的未来发展奠定坚实的基础。The real estate operation and management course is a professional course with wide coverage and strong application.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in teaching,this paper analyzes the reasons for the existing problems in teaching,and adopts the teaching method of"flipped classroom",and puts forward teaching reform plans for teaching content design,usual grade evaluation,and after-school assessment methods.It aims to improve students'learning status,improve learning effect,improve teaching quality,and lay a solid foundation for students'future development.
