摘  要:基础教育学术期刊是服务并引领基础教育改革与发展的专业性学术期刊,其功能定位是方向性和根本性问题,决定着自身的存在意义。然而,由于受期刊评价指标等客观因素的影响,基础教育学术期刊原本的内在功能被影响因子、被引频次等外在参数削弱,导致现实中出现功能的偏移现象。基础教育学术期刊对基础教育领域的服务和引领作用只有关注课堂这个教学活动展开的主要场域,重塑功能定位,完善发展标准,加强建设保障,才能真正发挥其对基础教育教学改革的引领作用。Academic journals of basic education are professional academic journals that serve and lead the reform and development of basic education.Their function orientation is a fundamental and directional issue,which determines their own significance of existence.However,due to the influence of objective factors such as journal evaluation indicators,the original internal functions of basic education academic journals are weakened by external parameters such as the impact factor and the citation frequency,resulting in the phenomenon of functional deviation in reality.The service and leading role of basic education academic journals in the field of basic education can truly play the leading role in the reform of basic education and teaching only by paying attention to the classroom,the main field of teaching activities,reshaping the function orientation,perfecting development standards,and strengthening construction guarantees.
