摘  要:目的:探讨大学生在线学习中教师关怀行为与学习投入及学习收获的关系,并分析学习投入在教师关怀行为与学习收获间的中介效应。方法:采用一般资料调查表、在线教学中教师关怀行为量表、学习投入量表、学习收获量表对5810名大学生进行调查分析。结果:(1)大学生在线学习中教师的关怀行为(1.82±0.67)、学习投入(1.86±0.63)、学习收获(2.00±0.73)总体水平较低;(2)大学生在线学习中教师关怀行为、学习投入与学习收获存在显著差异(P<0.05);(3)大学生在线学习中教师关怀行为、学习投入和学习收获之间均呈正相关关系(r=0.872,P<0.01;r=0.796,P<0.01;r=0.782,P<0.01),且学习投入在教师关怀行为与学习收获中具有部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应比例为40%。结论:在线学习中教师增加关怀行为可以增强学生学习投入度进而增加学生学习收获。Objective:To explore the relationship between teachers'caring behavior and learning engagement and learning gain in college students'online learning,and analyze the intermediary effect of learning engagement between teachers'caring behavior and learning gain.Methods:5810 college students were investigated and analyzed with the general information questionnaire,the teacher care behavior scale in online teaching,the learning input scale and the learning gain scale.Results:(1)The overall level of teachers'caring behavior(1.82±0.67),learning input(1.86±0.63)and learning gain(2.00±0.73)in college students'online learning was low;(2)There are significant differences in teachers'caring behavior,learning input and learning gain in online learning of college students(P<0.05);(3)There is a positive correlation between teachers'caring behavior,learning input and learning gain in college students'online learning(r=0.872,P<0.01;r=0.796,P<0.01;r=0.782,P<0.01),and learning input plays a partial intermediary role in teachers'caring behavior and learning gain,and the intermediary effect accounts for 40%of the total effect.Conclusion:The increase of teachers'caring behavior in online learning can enhance students'learning engagement and increase students'learning gains.
