摘 要:目的探讨混合式教学模式在精神病学教学中的实践和教学效果。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院本科2016级临床医学专业的343名学生为研究对象,在精神病学教学中,采用基于MOOC的线上线下混合式教学模式,课程结束后进行问卷调查,从知识和能力的评价、课堂教学效果评价、学习态度性价和对精神病学在线MOOC的评价四个方面,对教学效果进行分析评价。结果88%以上的学生对知识和能力的评价、课堂教学效果评价、学习态度评价和对精神病学在线MOOC的评价的各项指标表示非常满意和满意。结论在精神病学教学中,采用基于MOOC的线上线下混合式教学模式,激发了学生的学习兴趣,更好的获得精神病学知识的同时,促进了学生自主学习能力、综合分析问题能力和沟通表达能力等能力的提升,取得了较好的教学效果,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the practice and teaching effect of blended learning mode in psychiatry teaching.Methods The research objects were 343 students majored in clinical medicine those were enrolled in Qiqihar Medical University in 2016.Based on the MOOC,an online and offline blended learning mode was adopted in psychiatry teaching.After the course,a questionnaire was conducted to analyze and evaluate the teaching effectiveness from four aspects:knowledge and ability evaluation,classroom teaching effect evaluation,learning attitude and value evaluation,and evaluation of the psychiatry online MOOC.Results 88%of the students were very satisfied or satisfied with the evaluation of knowledge and ability,classroom teaching effect,learning attitude and value,and evaluation of the psychiatry online MOOC.Conclusions In teaching of psychiatry,the blended learning mode of online and offline based on MOOC has stimulated students'interest in learning.In addition to gaining a better understanding of psychiatry,it promotes students'ability to learn independently,analyze problems comprehensively,and communicate effectively,while better-acquiring psychiatry knowledge,and worthy of further promotion and application.
