摘 要:目的:了解贵州省2011—2022年化学性食源性疾病暴发事件流行特点,为科学制定防控措施提供参考。方法:用描述性流行病学方法分析2011—2022年贵州省食源性疾病暴发事件资料。结果:化学性食源性疾病暴发事件每年均有发生,发生的高峰时段为6—10月,共发生37起;暴发地区主要集中在遵义市、铜仁市,分别为13起、12起。暴发场所以家庭为主,共报告40起,发病人数247人,死亡13人;农药残留和亚硝酸盐是化学性食源性疾病暴发事件最主要的致病因子。结论:化学性食源性疾病暴发是贵州省食源性疾病死亡人数占比较高的因素,为降低其事件的发生率,需严格控制食品生产和消费过程中的关键环节,监管部门要加强对亚硝酸盐、农药、鼠药等危化品的监管,宣传和引导广大消费者对食品安全的关注和认识。Objective:To understand the epidemic characteristics of chemical foodborne illness outbreaks in Guizhou province from 2011 to 2022,and to provide reference for scientific prevention and control measures.Method:Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of foodborne illness outbreaks in Guizhou province from 2011 to 2022.Result:Chemical foodborne illness outbreaks occurred every year.The peak period of occurrence was from June to October,and a total of 37 outbreaks occurred;the outbreak area is mainly concentrated in Zunyi city and Tongren city,with 13 and 12 cases respectively.The outbreak occurred mainly in households,with a total of 40 reported cases,with 247 cases and 13 deaths;pesticide residues and nitrite are the main pathogenic factors of chemical foodborne illness outbreaks.Conclusion:The outbreak of chemical foodborne illness is a factor that accounts for a relatively high proportion of deaths from foodborne illness in Guizhou province.In order to reduce the incidence of its events,it is necessary to strictly control the key links in the process of food production and consumption.The regulatory authorities should strengthen the supervision of nitrite,pesticides,rodenticides and other dangerous chemicals,and publicize and guide the attention and understanding of consumers on food safety.
