摘 要:探究幼儿园实习教师在组织情境中的感受,有助于幼儿园制定有效的实习计划,帮助实习教师坚定专业选择,进而推进高质量学前教师队伍的建设。对M实习教师进行深度访谈,并通过类属分析与情境分析对个案资料进行分析后发现:组织的培训与反馈,能够帮助实习教师实现角色认同的转变;重要他人的指导与训练,会深化实习教师对教学知能的掌握;组织中的氛围与体验,可以促进实习教师职业承诺的确立。基于此,深入剖析各情境因素对实习教师社会化影响的作用机制,提出教育建议。Exploring the feelings of kindergarten intern teachers in organizational situations will help kindergarten organizations to formulate effective internship plans,help intern teachers to make firm professional choices,and then promote the construction of high-quality preschool teachers.In-depth interviews were conducted with an intern teacher M,and case data were analyzed by generic analysis and situational analysis.It is found that the organized training and feedback can help intern teachers realize the change of role identity.Important guidance and training from others will deepen the intern teachers'mastery of teaching knowledge and ability.The atmosphere and experience in the organization can promote the establishment of professional commitment of intern teachers.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of the influence of various situational factors on the socialization of intern teachers and puts forward some educational suggestions.
