摘  要:目的:调查并分析口腔医学专业实习生对粗纤维食物作用的认知。方法:2023年1月—5月,采取多阶段抽样法对某医学院口腔医学专业全体实习生进行抽样调查。调查口腔专业实习生对粗纤维食物7项主要来源(杂粮、豆类、蔬菜、水果、菌类、藻类和坚果)和6项牙齿保护作用(可除掉表面菌斑、可涮除牙缝污垢、可实现牙龈按摩、可锻炼口腔肌肉、可分解酸性物质和可增加唾液分泌)的认知情况。结果:口腔专业实习生对粗纤维食物7项主要来源和6项牙齿保护作用的认知构成显著差异(P <0.05)。结论:口腔医学专业实习生对粗纤维食物来源及牙齿保护作用均有一定认知,但部分知识点认知程度仍然偏低,应重点强化认知不足相关知识点的宣教,以增加该群体对粗膳食纤维摄入频率,强化相关健康营养意识。Objective:To investigate and analyze the perceptions of interns in dental medicine about the role of coarse fiber foods.Method:From January to May 2023,a multi-stage sampling method was used to survey a sample of all dental medicine interns in a medical school.The dental medicine interns’perceptions of seven main sources of coarse fiber foods(mixed grains,legumes,vegetables,fruits,mushrooms,algae,and nuts)and six dental protective effects(removes surface plaque,shags stains,enables gum massage,exercises oral muscles,breaks down acids,and increases saliva secretion)were investigated.Result:Dental medicine interns’perceptions of the seven main sources of coarse fiber foods and six dental protective effects constituted significant differences(P<0.05)Conclusion:Dental medicine interns have a certain understanding of crude fiber food sources and tooth protection effects,but the knowledge level of some knowledge points is still low,so it is necessary to strengthen the education of related knowledge points,so as to increase the frequency of crude dietary fiber intake in this group and strengthen the awareness of related health nutrition.
