摘 要:酒糟是我国白酒生产中典型的有机固体废弃物,具有高含水量、高营养成分和多种高价值成分等特征。传统的废物管理造成环境问题和生物资源浪费。随着我国白酒产业的迅速发展,对酒糟有效处理的需求日益迫切。本文在对现有白酒酒糟资源化利用方式、效率及存在的局限性进行全面分析的基础上,提出了一种集烘干、精细化粒径筛分和气流筛分为一体的酱香型白酒酒糟利用新工艺,得到营养等级不同的产品的提取方法,促进其在不同生产中的利用,提高了酒糟的价值,以期为酱香型白酒酒糟的循环利用研究以及白酒企业低碳转型发展提供借鉴。As a typical organic solid waste in the production of Chinese Baijiu,distillers grains are characterized by high water con-tent,high nutrition and various high-value components.Traditional waste management causes environmental problems and waste of biological resources.With the rapid development of Chinese Baijiu industry,the demand for effective treatment of distillers grains is increasingly urgent.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the efficiency and limitations of existing resource utilization ways of dis-tillers grains,this paper puts forward a new technology for the utilization of Jiangxiang Baijiu distillers grains,which integrates the drying,fine particle screening and air sieve processes,and realizes the separation of products with different nutrient levels.The new technology has promoted the utilization of distillers grains in different industries,and has improved the value of distillers grains.This study has provided reference for the recycling of distillers grains and the low-carbon transformation of distilleries.
