县域幼儿园办园行为对义务教育学生学业水平的影响

摘　　要：以湖南省幼儿园办园行为督导结果与义务教育质量监测四年级学生数学学业成绩为基础,通过关联分析,寻找县域学前教育与义务教育质量的关联性;建立学前教育与义务教育质量结构方程模型,证实办园行为督评中办园条件、安全与卫生、教职工队伍、内部管理四个一级指标得分与义务教育质量监测数学学业合格率有现实的关联。研究表明,幼儿园教职工队伍对义务教育四年级学生学业水平的影响最大。县域教育行政管理部门可通过提升教职工队伍、改善办园条件、加强内部管理,间接提升义务教育的办学质量,提高四年级学生的学业水平。Based on the results of kindergarten management behavior supervision and evaluation and compulsory education quality assessment of fourth grade students'math performance in Hunan Province,this article explores the correlation between county level preschool education and compulsory education quality through correlation analysis.By establishing a structural equation model for the quality of preschool education and compulsory education,we came to a result that there is a realistic correlation between the scores of four first-level indicators in the supervision and evaluation of kindergarten management behavior,such as kindergarten conditions,safety and health,faculty,and internal management,and the mathematics qualification rate in the national quality assessment of compulsory education.County level education administrative departments can indirectly improve the quality of compulsory education and improve the mathematics performance level of fourth grade students by improving the conditions for running kindergartens,enriching the teaching staff,and strengthening internal management.
