摘 要:教育信仰是教师的精神支撑和心灵家园,是教师展开教育教学活动的内生动力,科学、崇高的教育信仰是教师的核心素养。然而,人工智能在教育领域中的广泛应用使得教师的教育信仰受到了前所未有的挑战,表现为教师知识教育信仰的动摇、价值引领信仰的迷失、情境建构信仰的遮蔽以及生命关怀信仰的弱化。其背后的症结在于教师的“平庸之恶”,使得教师的教育理想工具化、教育思维规训化、教育心灵的单向度以及专业发展片面化。为此,人工智能时代教师应从秉持正确的知识观、坚守教育的人文精神、彰显教师的主体地位、回归教师的精神家园、提升教师的反思批判意识等方面出发,对自我的教育信仰加以重构。Educational belief is the spiritual support and spiritual home of teachers,and is the endogenous power for teachers to carry out educational and teaching activities.Scientific and lofty educational belief is the core quality of teachers.However,the wide application of artificial intelligence in the field of education has made teachers'educational belief suffer unprecedented challenges,which is manifested in the wavering of teachers'belief in knowledge education,the loss of value leading belief,the shading of situational construction belief and the weakening of the belief in life care.In the era of artificial intelligence,the crux behind the crisis of teachers'educational belief lies in the"mediocre evil"of teachers,which makes teachers'educational ideal tool,the educational thinking discipline,the one-way degree of educational soul and the professional development one-sided.Therefore,in the era of artificial intelligence,teachers should reconstruct their educational beliefs from the aspects of knowledge,adhering to the humanistic spirit of education,highlighting teachers'dominant position,returning to teachers'spiritual home,and improving teachers'reflective and critical consciousness.
