摘　　要：中国式职业教育现代化离不开中国式职教师资队伍现代化。中国式职教师资队伍现代化内生于中国本土文化,始终牢记服务中国、为了人民的发展信念。其核心内涵是:秉持中国图强的师资队伍建设战略愿景现代化、服务中国经济发展的师资队伍价值取向现代化、立足中国理念的师资队伍素质建设提升现代化、面向中国治理的职教师资队伍专业建设现代化。中国式职教师资队伍现代化与中国职业教育发展同向同行,蕴含着中国理念与特征,是促成中国职业教育现代化永葆活力的秘诀所在。展望未来,需深化面向教育强国的战略构建、转向质量发展的素质导向、注重职教情怀的素养提升、强调治理合力的多元聚汇,不断丰富中国式职教师资队伍现代化的特征与内涵。The modernization of Chinese style vocational education cannot be separated from the modernization of Chinese style vocational teacher resources.The modernization of the Chinese style vocational teaching staff is rooted in the local culture of China,always bearing in mind the belief of serving China and serving the people's development.Its core connotations are:adhering to the modern strategic vision of building a strong teaching staff in China,the modern value orientation of serving China's economic development,the modern quality construction of teaching staff based on Chinese concepts,and the modern professional construction of vocational teaching staff oriented towards Chinese governance.The modernization of the Chinese style vocational education teacher team and the development of Chinese vocational education go hand in hand,containing Chinese concepts and characteristics,which is the secret to promoting the eternal vitality of China's vocational education modernization.Looking forward to the future,it is necessary to deepen the strategic construction towards great power of education,shift towards quality oriented development,focus on improving the quality of vocational education,and emphasize the diverse convergence of governance forces,continuously enriching the characteristics and concepts of modernization of the Chinese style vocational teachers'staff.
