摘　　要：虞宏正是我国著名的胶体化学与物理化学家、教育家,毕生致力于胶体化学、热力学、土壤学等研究。他曾多次去欧洲留学深造,学习世界前沿科学及其先进教育理念,回国后扎根西北,融汇世界思想,为中国西北的科学教育事业作出了重要的开拓性贡献,形成了颇具价值的教育思想与理念。虞宏正强调的治学“应通晓本门学科的全貌和发展趋势”“专业有所建树”,倡导启发式教育、增强学生思辨能力,主张教学与生产劳动相结合、理论联系实际,科研与教学双向互动、提倡青年人“冒尖”等教育思想,至今是科学教育的精髓与主导思想,依然在教育事业中闪耀着智慧的光芒。Yu Hongzheng is a famous colloid chemist,physical chemist and educator in China.He has devoted his whole life to colloid chemistry,thermodynamics,soil science and so on.He has studied in Europe for many times,learning the world’s cutting-edge science and its advanced educational philosophy.After returning to China,he took root in the northwest and integrated the world’s thoughts.He made important pioneering contributions to the science and education in Northwest China and formed unique and valuable educational thoughts and ideas.Yu Hongzheng emphasizes that“one should be familiar with the whole and the development trend of the subject”and“achievements should be made in the specialty”.The heuristic education advocated by Yu Hongzheng can improve the students’thinking ability.He advocates the combination of teaching and production,the integration of theory and practice,the two-way interaction between scientific research and teaching,and the advocacy of young people’s“rise to the top”,which are the essence and leading ideology of scientific education,and it is still shining with wisdom in education.
