摘  要:“双高计划”是我国新时期发展职业教育的重要政策,对促进我国职业教育事业发展有着重要的指导价值。高职院校职业指导课程存在思政元素挖掘不够、教学理念和教学方式缺乏创新、师资队伍力量薄弱等问题。通过分析和挖掘思政元素内涵、创新教学理念、创新话语表达、培养“双师型”职业指导教师提高职业指导课程认可度、感染力和育人实效,探索将思政元素融入价值引领、创新创业教育和心理健康教育等路径,以此提高学生课程获得感,提升职业指导课育人效果。The“Double High”plan is a significant policy in China's new era for the development of vocational education and holds substantial guiding value for the advancement of vocational education in the country.In the vocational guidance courses of higher vocational institutions,there are issues such as inadequate extraction of ideological and political elements,lack of innovation in teaching philosophies and methods,and weak faculty resources.Through the analysis and extraction of the essence of ideological and political elements,innovation in teaching philosophies and discourse expressions,and the cultivation of“dual-qualified”vocational guidance teachers,this study aims to enhance the acknowledgment,influence,and educational efficacy of vocational guidance courses.It explores the incorporation of ideological and political elements into values-led education,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and mental health education,which can,in turn,elevate the students’sense of course fulfillment and the educational impact of vocational guidance courses.
