摘  要:为了实现固体废弃物的资源化利用,提高灵芝固态发酵三七渣-城市污泥混合物产漆酶的酶活,该研究在单因素试验的基础上,以磷酸二氢钾添加量、硫酸铜添加量、城市污泥占比为自变量,漆酶酶活为响应值,采用响应面分析法优化了三七渣-城市污泥固态发酵产漆酶的培养基组成。结果表明,最佳培养基组成为磷酸二氢钾添加量0.3%、硫酸铜添加量0.05%、城市污泥占比30%。在此条件下进行验证试验,得到的漆酶酶活为5.90 IU/g,比优化前提高了1.01 IU/g。In order to realize the resource utilization of solid waste and improve the enzyme activity of laccase produced by solid-state fermentation of Panax notoginseng residue and municipal sludge mixture by Ganoderma lucidum.On the basis of single factor experiment,using potassium dihydrogen phosphate addition,copper sulfate addition and the proportion of municipal sludge as the independent variable,the laccase activity as the response value,the composition of medium for laccase production by solid fermentation of P.notoginseng residue-municipal sludge was optimized by response surface analysis.The results showed that the optimum media composition was as follows:potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3%,copper sulfate 0.05%,and the ratio of municipal sludge 30%.Under these conditions,the laccase activity was 5.90 IU/g,which was 1.01 IU/g higher than before optimization.
