摘 要:中医脑病学是中医内科学的重要组成部分,也是医学生普遍认为比较难以学习掌握的学科,甚至有“神经病学恐惧症”的说法。对中医专业学生,要重点培养其中医辨证思维,同时增强其临床实践能力。案例教学法(Case-based leaning,CBL)作为一种新的教学方法,在中医脑病学的教学过程中具有积极作用。应用CBL能培养学生运用中医临床思维思考问题的能力,充分调动学生的主观能动性,让其在案例中学习、在问题中思考,对培养学生的临床思维能力、中医辨证理念、实践操作能力有积极意义。Encephalopathy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an integral part of internal medicine of TCM.It is also a subject that medical students generally believe is difficult to learn and master,and there is even a statement of“neurophobia”.The cultivation of students majoring in TCM should focus on cultivating their dialectical thinking of TCM and enhancing their clinical practice ability.Case-based leaning(CBL),as a new teaching method,plays a positive role in the teaching process of encephalopathy of traditional Chi-nese medicine.CBL teaching method can cultivate students’ability to think about problems in clinical thought of traditional Chinese medicine,fully mobilize students’subjective initiative,and let them learn in cases and think in problems.It is of positive significance to cultivate their clinical thinking ability,TCM syndrome differentiation concept and practical operation ability.
