摘 要:新时代,学生评价渐趋走向以育人为主要特征的新阶段。交往性学生评价是在学校教育教学场域(第一课堂、第二课堂等),依据一定的学生评价标准,以评价育人为出发点,以教师(个体/群体)与学生(个体/群体)的语言、文字等形式的交流沟通为基础,进而形成教师对学生知情意行的事实性判断和对自身教育教学的反思性认知,旨在促进学生德智体美劳全面发展和教师教育教学能力提升的学生评价模式,倡导在交往中评价、在育人中评价,在交往中育人、在评价中育人,以交往促进评价、以评价促进育人。交往性学生评价的提出是对传统学生评价理念及模式的扬弃与超越。交往性学生评价具有育人性、交往性、共生性和全面性等主要特征。因此,为了更好践行交往性学生评价,需要恪守评价育人功能,加强评价之师生对话,形塑评价之师生共生共在样态,构建促进学生全面发展的评价体系。In the process of the new era,student evaluation will gradually move to a new stage with people educating as the main characteristic.Communicative student evaluation refers to a student evaluation model,that is,in the field of school education and teaching(the first class,the second class,etc.),based on certain student evaluation criteria,with educating person through evaluation as the starting point,and with the communication between teachers(individual/group)and students(individual/group)in the form of language,writing and other forms as the basis,so as to form teachers'factual judgment of students'knowledge and actions and reflective cognition of their own education and teaching,and to promote the all-round development of students'moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,and the improvement of teachers'educational and teaching abilities,and advocate evaluation in communication,evaluation in people educating,people educating in communication,people educating in evaluation,promotion of evaluation via communication,and promotion of people educating via evaluation.The proposal of communicative student evaluation is the sublation and transcendence of the traditional concept and mode of student evaluation.The evaluation of communicative students has the main characteristics of educative,communicative,symbiotic,and comprehensive properties.Therefore,in order to better to practice communicative student evaluation,it is necessary to stick to the function of educating person through evaluation,enhance the teacher-student dialogue in evaluation,shape the symbiosis and coexistence of teachers and students in evaluation,and build an evaluation system that promotes the all-round development of students.
