摘 要:立德树人是新时代教育的根本任务。高等院校作为为国家民族发展培养输送人才的主战场,将思想政治教育与专业课理论知识的传授有机融合是实现全方位育人目标的重要途径。《食品工艺学》课程作为食品卫生与营养学专业的专业基础课,是学习各食品专业课程的前提和基础。本文以专业知识为载体,通过寻找思政教育和专业知识培养的契合点,深入挖掘课程思政元素,探索将文化自信、树立安全意识、辩证思维等思想融入课堂教学中,期望为本专业多种专业课课程思政的实施提供借鉴与参考。The fundamental task of education in the new era is to cultivate morality and cultivate people.As the main battlefield of training and conveying talents for national development,the organic integration of ideological and political education and the teaching of theoretical knowledge of specialized courses is an important way to achieve the goal of all-round education.As a basic course of food hygiene and nutrition major,food technology is the premise and foundation for learning all food major courses.Based on the professional knowledge as the carrier,through the search for the correspondency of education education and professional knowledge training,in-depth excavation course ideological elements,explore the cultural self-confidence,establish safety consciousnessanddialectical thinking in classroom teaching,expectations for this professional a variety of specialized course education offer reference for the implementation of the course.
