摘  要:目的探讨微课结合以案例为基础的教学(CBL)在普外科护士实践教学中的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月至2021年4月本院普外科60名实习护士作为研究对象,随机分为参照组和教学组,每组30名。参照组采取传统教学方式带教,教学组采取微课结合CBL教学方式带教。比较两组考核成绩(理论成绩、实践成绩)、自我导向学习能力及教学效果。结果教学前,两组理论成绩、实践成绩比较差异无统计学意义;教学后,教学组理论成绩、实践成绩均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组行为、意识、人际关系、策略评分比较差异无统计学意义;教学后,两组行为、意识、人际关系、策略评分均高于教学前,且教学组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学组学习主动性提升、护理能力提升、资料整理能力提升、团队凝聚力提升、带教满意占比均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合CBL应用于普外科护士实践教学中可提高实习护士的实践能力及学习能力,教学效果评价更好,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of micro-course combined with case based learning(CBL)in practical teaching of general surgery nurses.Methods 60 practice nurses from the General Surgery department from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the reference group and the teaching group,with 30 practice nurses in each group.The reference group adopts the traditional teaching method to teach,and the teaching group adopts the micro-class combined with CBL teaching method to teach.The assessment results(theoretical results,practical results),self-oriented learning ability and teaching effect were compared between two group.Results Before teaching,there was no significant difference in theoretical results and practical results between the two groups;after teaching,the theoretical results and practical results in the teaching group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no significant difference in behavior,consciousness,interpersonal relationship and strategy scores between the two groups;after teaching,the scores of behavior,consciousness,interpersonal relationship and strategy of the two groups were higher than those in before teaching,and the teaching group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improveent of learning initiative,nursing ability,data collation ability,team cohesion and teaching satisfaction in the teaching group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-course combined with CBL in the practical teaching of general surgery nurses can improve the practical ability and learning ability of practical nurses,and the evaluation of teaching effect is better,which is worthy of popularization and application.
