摘  要:我国职业教育国际化发展道路逐渐由“走进来”到“本土化”转向“走出去”。而鲁班工坊作为职业教育“走出去”的一种独特模式,从中国古代哲学视角来讲,它是以培养“本土化”和“国际化”技术技能人才为“法”,以质量本位强化内涵建设和服务能力为“术”,以职教理念、资源、标准及模式整体性输出为“器”,旨在实现中国职业教育国际化发展之“道”,打造中国职教国际化品牌。未来,鲁班工坊建设还需在进一步加强政府统筹规划职能、强化职业院校国际化能力建设、加快研制质量认证制度及优化鲁班工坊洲际布局等方面推动其实现可持续和规模化双重发展。The internationalization development path of vocational education in China is gradually shifting from“coming in”to “localization”to“going out”.As a unique model of vocational education“going global”,from the perspective of ancient Chinese philosophy,Luban Workshop is aimed at cultivating“localized”and“international”technical and skilled talents as the“Fa”,strengthening connotation construction and service capabilities as the“Shu”based on quality,and outputting vocational education concepts,resources,standards and models as the“Qi”,aiming to achieve the“Dao”of the international development of Chinese vocational education,to build an international brand of Chinese vocational education.In the future,the construction of Luban Workshop needs to further strengthen the government's overall planning function,strengthen the internationalization capacity of vocational colleges,accelerate the development of quality certification systems,and optimize the intercontinental layout of Luban Workshop to promote its sustainable and large-scale dual development.
