摘 要:目的:观察美国心脏协会基础生命支持(AHA BLS)培训模式对护生心肺复苏培训的教学效果。方法:选取在广西中医药大学第一附属医院实习的学生120名,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组采用传统模式进行培训,观察组采用美国心脏协会BLS模式培训,观察2组实习护生的教学效果。结果:与传统教学模式中的心肺复苏理论和操作相比,AHA BLS模式教学得分较高,且其培训方法也获得了更高的认可,两种教学模式之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护生成人心肺复苏培训运用AHABLS模式不仅能有效提高学生的理论成绩和胸外按压质量,而且教学方法也受到学生的广泛推崇,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective:To observe the teaching effect of American Heart Association Basic Life Support(AHA BLS)training model on cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for nursing students.Methods:120 students who interned at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each.The control group was trained with traditional mode,and the observation group was trained with American Heart Association BLS mode.Results:Compared with the theory and operation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in traditional teaching modes,the AHA BLS mode has higher teaching scores and higher recognition of its training methods.The difference between the two teaching modes is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of AHA BLS model in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for nursing students can not only effectively improve students'theoretical scores and the quality of chest compressions,but also the teaching method is widely respected by students,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
