摘 要:随着区块链技术的发展和应用范围的扩大,区块链技术与高职院校产教融合协同育人之间的联系越发紧密。发挥区块链技术的特有优势,从学理层面阐述区块链技术在高职院校产教融合、校企合作方面的必要性和可行性,结合当前高职产教融合协同育人中存在的人才培养与产业需求错位、多方主体沟通障碍与利益冲突以及缺乏完善的制度保障与评价体系等主要问题,对基于区块链技术促进高职产教融合协同育人的有效路径进行研究,提出了基于区块链技术搭建利益共同体、创新人才培养模式和营造职教联盟生态的对策和建议。With the development of blockchain technology and the expansion of its application scope,connection between blockchain technology and teaching integration with collaborative education in higher vocational colleges is becoming closer and closer.The unique advantages of blockchain technology will be exerted,and the necessity and feasibility of blockchain technology in the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges and school-enterprise cooperation will be expounded from the theoretical level.Dislocation of talent training and industrial needs,communication barriers and conflict of interests of multiple parties,and lack of a perfect institutional guarantee and evaluation system,are the main problems in promoting the integration of higher vocational industry and education based on blockchain technology.Based on implementation of the research on effective paths,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for building a community of interests based on blockchain technology,innovates talent training models,and creates an ecology of vocational education alliances.
