基于“岗课赛证”融通的《新能源汽车驱动电机技术》课程改革与实践

摘　　要：《新能源汽车驱动电机技术》是新能源汽车技术专业的核心课程,是实践性较强的课程,对人才的技能和职业素养等要求较高,在高技能人才培养过程中要不断地优化课程实施路径,才能更好地实现技能技术人才的理论与实践相融合。本文通过调研原厂电机检修岗位人才的需求,制订人才培养方案,完善课程标准;以技能大赛和职业技能等级证书为支撑,重构课程内容、丰富课程资源和优化教学模式,以多元化的评价主体,引入企业方和学生自己进行评价,并结合课程核心项目具体探索教学实施过程,在教学中融入工匠精神、劳动精神及创新精神,提升学生电机知识与技能的同时,也在潜移默化中培养学生正确价值观。"New Energy Vehicle Drive Motor Technology"is the core course of new energy vehicle technology,and also is a practical course.The requirements for the skills and professional qualities of talents are relatively high,in the process of high-skilled talent training to continuously optimize the course implementation path,in order to better realize the integration of theory and practice of skilled technical personnel.This paper investigates the needs of talents in the original motor maintenance position,formulates talent training programs,and improves course standards.With the support of skill competitions and vocational skill level certifi cates,the study will reconstruct course content,enrich course resources and optimize teaching modes,introduce enterprises and students to evaluate themselves with diversifi ed evaluation subjects,and specifi cally explore the teaching implementation process in combination with the core projects of the course,integrate the spirit of craftsmanship,labor spirit and innovation spirit into teaching,improve students'knowledge and skills,and cultivate students'correct values in subtle.
