摘　　要：本文采用基于近红外技术的专用型快速酒精分析仪,用于测定啤酒、葡萄酒、洋酒、白酒等饮料酒的乙醇浓度。在乙醇浓度≤65%vol时,其RSD在0.08%~1.91%,t-检验法的t值范围在0.82~2.02。研究表明,该操作方法耗样量少,快速高效,精密度好,重复性高,适用于饮料酒中乙醇浓度的快速测定。In this paper,a specialized rapid alcohol analyzer based on near infrared technology is used to determine the ethanol concentration of beer,wine,imported wine,liquor and other alcoholic beverage.When the ethanol concentration was≤65%vol,the RSD ranged from 0.08%~1.91%,and the t value of the t-test method ranged from 0.82~2.02.The research shows that the method has the advantages of less sample consumption,fast and efficient operation,good precision and repeatability.It is suitable for the rapid determination of ethanol concentration in alcoholic beverage.
