摘　　要：三年新冠疫情造成我国星级饭店数量大幅下降,全行业持续亏损,平均房价和出租率双双下滑,RevPAR值屡创新低,可谓影响巨大。但这也倒逼着整个饭店业进行深入的整合和重组,加速数字化和智能化的进程,使卫生和安全问题更受重视,新的标准规范不断推出,提高了饭店业与社区的融合,在一定程度上促进了星级饭店行业服务升级。同时,重创之后的饭店企业要走出困境,并恢复提升,还需更充分地利用纾困政策,积极扩大生存空间;持续推进产品迭代升级,迅速提高抗风险能力;不断加强团队建设,优化管理策略,打造核心竞争力。Three years of COVID-19 caused a sharp decline in the number of star rated hotels in China,the whole industry continued to lose money,the average price and rental rate both declined,RevPAR value repeatedly hit new lows,which can be described as a huge impact.But at the same time,it also forced the whole industry to carry out profound integration and reorganization,accelerated the process of digitalization and intelligence,made them to pay more attention to health and safety,and constantly introduced new standards and specifications,improved the integration of enterprises and communities,which promoted the service upgrade of the star hotel industry to a certain extent.In order to get out of the predicament and recover,the Chinese star-rated hotel industry after the disaster still needs to make full use of the rescue policy and actively expand the living space;Continue to promote the iterative upgrading of products and rapidly improve the anti-risk capability;Constantly strengthen team building,optimize management strategies,and build core competitiveness.
