摘 要:气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)方法属于一种全新的质谱技术,能够实现二级质谱图的获取,与传统的单级质谱技术相比,这种方式具有更高的信噪比。在食品农药残留检测领域,气相色谱-串联质谱技术发挥着重要作用,对其进行研究具有一定现实意义。本文通过对相关文献进行查阅,首先对食品农药残留标准化检测以及传统技术背景下食品农药残留标准化检测技术进行了简要阐述,结合相关科学理论知识,对气相色谱-串联质谱方法在粮谷类、蔬果类、常见肉类、菌类共四类常见食品农药残留检测中的应用进行了全面分析。希望本文的研究内容能够为该技术在食品检测行业中的应用提供一定理论指导。Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)is a new kind of mass spectrometry technology,which can realize the acquisition of two-stage mass spectrometry.Compared with the traditional singlestage mass spectrometry technology,this method has a higher signal-to-noise ratio.In the field of the detection of pesticide residues in food,gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry can play a role,and its research has certain practical significance.Based on the review of relevant literature,this paper firstly briefly describes the standardized detection of food pesticide residues and the standardized detection technology of food pesticide residues under the background of traditional technology.Combined with relevant scientific theoretical knowledge,the application of gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in cereals,vegetables and fruits,common meat and fungi is comprehensively analyzed.It is expected that the research content of this paper can provide some theoretical guidance for the application of this technology in food detection industry.
