摘  要:针对当前教师教育实训中存在指导不充分、评价不科学、管理不协调和数据不全面等问题,基于数字赋能,构建了智慧教师教育实训平台的“5+2”技术框架,具体包括对象层、应用层、数据层、技术层、基础层5个层次结构和2个保障体系.通过对435名师范生开展一个实训周期的准实验研究来验证平台的有效性.实际使用结果表明:基于智慧教师教育实训平台的新模式在个性教学、智能评价、协同管理、数据决策等方面优于传统的教育实训模式.It was aimed to overcome the difficulties with teacher education training included inadequate guidance,unscientific evaluation,incoordinated management and incomplete data,etc.The digital empowerment provided the possibility to solve these problems.A"5+2"technical framework of the smart teacher education training platform was constructed,which consisted five hierarchical structures:object layer,application layer,data layer,technology layer,and foundation layer,and two guarantee systems.The effectiveness of the platform was verified by conducting a quasi-experimental study on 435 teacher-training students in one training cycle.The practice results showed that the new model based on the smart teacher education practical training platform was better than the traditional education practical training model in terms of individualized teaching,intelligent evaluation,collaborative management,and data decision-making.
