摘 要:我国经济不断发展,食品生产技术也随之不断进步,食品安全问题逐渐引起了人们的注意。由于食品的生产与加工环节不规范,加上储存与运输方式不合理,我国食品安全问题发生得概率比较高,其中菌落数量超标问题较为严重。菌落总数作为食品卫生质量控制和分析评价中最基本、最重要的指标之一,测定菌落总数能帮助人们准确掌握其变化趋势,保障人们的身体健康。因此,文章将对菌落数量与食品安全问题展开研究。China's economy is constantly developing,and food production technology is also constantly improving.Food safety issues have gradually attracted people's attention.Due to non-standard food production and processing,as well as unreasonable storage and transportation methods,food safety issues in China still occur more frequently,with the problem of excessive bacterial count being more serious.The total number of bacterial colonies is one of the most basic and important indicators in food hygiene quality control and analysis evaluation.The determination of the total number of bacterial colonies is conducive to helping people accurately grasp its changing trend and ensuring people's physical health.Therefore,the paper will study the relationship between colony count and food safety issues.
