摘 要:为了更加精确地培养智能制造装备技术专业技术技能人才,本专业团队构建“行业-企业-学校三元协同、生产-教学-科研-创新四轮驱动”(简称“三元四驱”)的育人模式,并在智能制造装备技术专业人才培养中进行探索与实践。校企共同开展专业调研,构建融入企业元素的课程体系,对课程进行模块化设计;采用“企业+学校”混合上课的方式,灵活开展“线上+线下”教学活动;理论课由学校高学历教师主导,仿真课由学校“双师”素质教师主导,实操课程由企业技术骨干主导;采用以成果为导向,教师评价、企业评价、学生自评相结合的多种评价方式。本专业团队通过校企合作共同培养人才,有效克服了学校设备陈旧、师资技能不足等问题,提高了人才培养的质量。In order to more accurately train technical and skilled talents in the intelligent manufacturing equipment technology specialty,the education mode of“industry-enterprise-school ternary collaboration,productionteaching-scientific research-innovation four-wheel drive”(referred to as“three-element and four-wheel drive”)was constructed,and exploration and practice were carried out in the cultivation of talents in the intelligent manufacturing equipment technology specialty.Professional research was carried out by schools and enterprises jointly,a curriculum system integrated with enterprise elements was built,and modular design of the curriculum was carried out.The“enterprise+school”mixed teaching mode was adopted,and“online+offline”teaching activities were flexibly carried out.Theory courses were led by highly educated teachers,simulation courses were led by double qualified teachers,and practical courses were led by technical backbones of enterprises.A variety of evaluation methods were adopted,including“result orientation”,“teacher evaluation,enterprise evaluation,and student self-evaluation”.Through school-enterprise cooperation to jointly cultivate talents,the problems of outdated school equipment and lack of teachers’skills were effectively overcome,and the quality of talent training was improved.
