摘　　要：实施创新驱动发展战略是我国实现跨越式发展的根本动力,大学生是创新创业的生力军。基于研究性教学培养高校人才创新能力是一个具有时代意义以及深远影响的课题。本文以河南城建学院能源类专业为例探索基于研究性教学培养高校人才创新能力的方式和方法,分析了高校研究性教学的脉络,探索了以驱动教学模式重构,培养学生的优秀品质等方面的研究性教学模式,为推进人才培养质量向着更优异的方向发展,为推进应用型高校人才培养模式改革提供参考和借鉴。The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is the fundamental driving force for China to achieve leapfrog development,and college students are the new force of innovation and entrepreneurship.Cultivating the innovative ability of talents in colleges and universities based on research teaching is a subject of epochal significance and far-reaching influence.This paper takes the energy specialty of Henan University of Urban Construction as an example to explore the ways and methods of cultivating the innovative ability of talents in colleges and universities based on research teaching,analyzes the context of research teaching in colleges and universities,and explores the research teaching mode in such aspects as driving the reconstruction of teaching mode and cultivating the excellent quality of students,in order to promote the development of talent training quality in a more excellent direction,To provide reference and reference for promoting the reform of talent training mode in application-oriented universities.
