高职院校学生学习动机激发策略研究

摘　　要：学习动机是学习目标达成的关键。运用文献调查、问卷调查、分析比较等方法,在阐述学习动机理论的基础上,分析高职院校学生学习动机不足的现状及其原因,并提出激发高职院校学生学习动机的策略,包括情感策略、认知策略、方法策略等。Learning motivation is the key to achieve the learning goals.At present,the lack of learning motivation of higher vocational college students exists widely.By using the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey,analysis and comparison,this article expounds the theory of learning motivation,analyzes the current situation of students lack of learning motivation and its causes in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding strategies,including emotional strategies,cognitive strategies and method strategies.
